(Nle4)-α-MSH

(Nle4)-α-MSH is a synthetic analogue of α-MSH (HY-P0252), a melanocyte-stimulating hormone. (Nle4)-α-MSH reversibly darkens frog skins and also exhibits prolonged activity after heat-alkali treatment.
