Vice President – Program, Quality, and Compliance Management
Pamela Lambert manages the company’s new product development core teams and oversees Quality Assurance and Compliance. Ms. Lambert brings over 25 years of experience from scientific and management positions in clinical laboratory, diagnostics, genomics, pharmaceutical and medical device environments.
Ms. Lambert closed her own business, Lambert Projects, to join Pathwork in 2009. She previously held Senior Director and Director level positions in Project Management at Applied Biosystems, Affymetrix, Inc. and Chiron (Nucleic Acid Diagnostics Division) as well as management positions in Product Development, Clinical Affairs, Product Support and Project Management at Syva Company (diagnostics division of Syntex acquired by Dade-Behring).
Ms. Lambert is a certified Project Management Professional and she holds a Total Quality Management Certificate from San Jose State University in addition to her B.S. in Medical Technology from U.N.C. Chapel Hill and her M.S. in Clinical Laboratory Science from U.C. San Francisco.
